DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery location:

Delivery is available only inside Qatar and is free of charge.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

We strive to make all deliveries within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. Given the current situation, this timeline might change. The Customer Service representative who is handling your request will inform you of the closest delivery date and time.

Prices & Payment Options:

The prices of the products shown are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

We accept the following forms of payment upon delivery:

Cash on delivery (COD)
Credit/Debit card on delivery

If you receive a wrong product or a defective one, please make sure to contact us on +974 4436 1111 immediately and we will be handling your case at the earliest convenience.

RETURN POLICY

Exchange and return will need to be made in person, at Fifty One East, Lagoona Mall.

Please ensure the following steps to guarantee a smooth return on your purchase:

Item can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the invoice date.
Original invoice should be presented upon any return or exchange.
Item subject to return or exchange should be in original package, intact, and not used.
Item used or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
For health reasons, cosmetics products or underwear garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Electronic items need to be checked and verified by the product specialist before any return or exchange and if needed, the item will be sent to our Service Center for inspection.
Books, Batteries, Video Games, Music CDs, Coloring Books, and Costumes are excluded from the return & exchange.

Any condition stated in the Return & Exchange Policy is no longer valid in case of violation of the provisions of Article (5) of the law (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection in the State of Qatar.
