The bank has made a hold on your credit card for the value of your order. The total amount will be released within 24 hours in case the cancellation was done on the same day.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours, the release/refund will be done as per your bank’s policy.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase through 51east.com for any reason, you can always opt for an exchange or refund within 15 days; provided that:
- The product is unused and returned in its original condition. Unwrapped items will not be accepted.
- The original receipt is presented as well so we can track your purchase.
Items used or altered cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they are defective.
For health reasons, cosmetics products or underwear garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
Electronic items need to be checked and verified by the product specialist before any exchange or return and if needed, the item will be sent to our Electronics Service Centre for inspection.
Books, batteries, video games, music CDs, coloring books and costumes are excluded from the Exchange & Refund policy.
